UASB反应器中厌氧污泥颗粒化的微生物学机理

通过对容积为5升的UASB反应器启动试验,研究了反应器内以葡萄糖为基质污泥颗粒化过程中不同类群细菌的消长规律。依据对颗粒化过程中细菌行为的观察,初步提出了厌氧颗粒污泥形成的机理,讨论了细菌种类对颗粒污泥性能的影响。     

石家庄污灌区污水灌溉技术的研究

分析了国内外污水灌溉的研究和发展,以石家庄市污灌区为研究对象,在分析预测未来30年污水水质水量特点的基础上,采用不同的灌水技术,利用环境容量法,分析预测了在不同务件下土壤和作物中重金属和石油类浓度的发展以及相应的污清水的灌溉需水量。针对该灌区土壤现状和污水水质特点,提出了建议的合理污水灌溉技术,以保证以土壤为中心的生态系统的可持续发展。     

保温型刚性护面渠道设计

在刚性面层下设置一道性能良好的保温层来防止基土冻结,可以从根本上解决冻胀破坏的问题。这种带保温层的刚性护面渠道称为保温型刚性护面渠道,根据热工原理,提出了保温型刚性护面渠道横断面设计在构造方面的要求,进一步推导出计算保温层厚度的有关公式,并给出算例,还指出了需要进一步研究和探讨的问题。     

PROBABILISTIC EVALUATION FOR STEEL FRAME COLUMNS OF TALL BUILDINGS

Based on properties of parameters and test data of dom-estic steel,this paper analyses the reliability and partial coefficient forresistance of steel frame columns of tall builings.The result may serveas a scientific basis.It is not only for domestic steel instead of importedsteel in building tall steel structures,but also for compiling concerendstandards.

研究Nacl浓度与小麦幼苗生长分裂的关系及对小麦幼苗的遗传损伤。实验结果表明：小麦幼苗生长在含NaCl的介质中，其幼苗生长被抑制，根尖细胞有丝分裂指数下降,幼苗的分裂指数、遗传损伤与盐浓度间有一定的线性关系。结果显示：有丝分裂指数与处理浓度间呈负相关。这表明：NaCl浓度高或作用时间延长时对小麦细胞具有遗传学毒性，小麦幼根细胞有丝分裂指数可以作为监测环境中NaCl含量的定量指标。     

EFFECT OF SEMI-RIGID CONNECTIONS ON BEHAVIOR OF STEEL FRAME

Modeling of girder in steel frame with semi-rigid conn-ections as partially restrained beam element is proposed for elastic-plasticanalysis of steel frames with semi-rigid connections.The results whichare obtained from analyses of elasticity,plasticity and stability for steelframes with semi-rigid connections have significant effects on structuralbehavior.It is necessary to consider the influences of semi-rigid conn-ections on the analysis and design for steel frames.     

SOME PROBLEMS BY USE OF BOUNDARY POINT ELEMENT IN BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

Using boundary point element is one of the treatmentsof corner node problem.This paper further discusses some problems byuse of point element.They mainly include the calculation of stresses atpoint elements,the cause and treatment of singularity in boundary usingequations when point elements are used.An example is given.Correctlyboundary point element has certain practical significance for moreobjective simulation of the actual situation of quantities and improvesaccuracy of results.
